andrea and niels

andrea and niels got married at the church and had their reception at the tempe center for the arts. we love the modern architecture of the TCA. andrea and niels were the sweetest and so fun to shoot. oh and they surprised their guests with fireworks over the tempe town lake (of course we were in on the secret).

what a way to start off the year. shooting sarah and victor's wedding in culebra, puerto rico was amazing. it stopped raining 5 minutes before the bride walked down the beach!

oh and i got to put down the camera and get a salsa dance in with donovan!

becky and fermin's engagement

i live and play downtown so when becky and fermin wanted to have their engagement session at their favorite downtown spots i was super excited.

kacey and brian

kacey and brian got married at the valley ho on may 24th. ummm, they are beautiful, super nice, happy and fun. what more can we ask for? oh yeah, they had their reception at their restaurant the mission...yum.

Aileen and David

Aileen and David's wedding on a perfect November day in Phoenix.
What a fun wedding to photograph. The groom (a fellow photog) had a haircut in the room before the wedding. Aileen and her fabulous girls got ready with generations of family coming in and out of the room to say hello.
I love all the traditional Philippino touches that they worked into this very modern wedding.

CUBA

Cuba was amazing. Ava, Jonathan and I got back after 3 weeks of being gone with some new friends, lots of photos and a new way of looking at life. Here are some of the photos. I will add more when I have more time.
